Sydney Samuels is an Inclusion and Diversity Manager at British Airways delivering their company wide 'Inclusion Starts with I' strategy and supporting Flight Operations (pilots) and Engineering with I&D.
Sydney began her career in the investment management and wealth management space before pivoting into a more purpose-led career path.
Prior to British Airways, Sydney launched and raised angel investment to scale a tech recruitment platform connecting thousands of candidates from underrepresented backgrounds to entry-level career opportunities. In her own time, she enjoys travelling and mentoring ambitious individuals.

Stephanie Leung is the Founder & CEO of KareHero.
As the default adult family caregiver to her parents since the age of 14, Stephanie has navigated the challenges of caregiving throughout her entire professional career.Prior to founding KareHero, Stephanie was part of the EMEA and UK Leadership Team at Uber, managing 20 countries. She was also the Co-Chair for DEI and Head of Women@Uber for the first EMEA region.
Stephanie is currently a Non-Executive Director at Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust, a FTSE100 company.
