Lucy Adams one of the most innovative and inspirational thinkers in the HR profession. Lucy has held Board-level HR roles in a number of large organisations, most recently at the BBC. She is the founder and CEO of Disruptive HR which she created having grown frustrated with the lack of fresh thinking in the profession.  She and her team work with business leaders and HR professionals across the world to help them lead, engage and develop their people differently. Lucy is also the author of the bestsellers ‘HR Disrupted’ and ‘The HR Change Toolkit’ and hosts the podcast ‘HR Disrupted’.

As the default adult family caregiver to her parents since the age of 14, Stephanie has navigated the challenges of caregiving throughout her entire professional career.Prior to founding KareHero, Stephanie was part of the EMEA and UK Leadership Team at Uber, managing 20 countries. She was also the Co-Chair for DEI and Head of Women@Uber for the first EMEA region.



Stephanie is currently a Non-Executive Director at Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust, a FTSE100 company.
