Simon Barker

Chair, British Airways Carers and Parents Empowered Network

Simon Barker is a senior people and training leader at British Airways, leading pilot ground school training and previously heading Cabin Crew Training.

A Chartered Manager and Fellow of the CMI, he is known for human-centred leadership and serves as chair of BA’s Carers and Parents Empowered network, bringing a pragmatic focus on wellbeing and high performance.

Stephanie Leung

Founder and CEO, KareHero

Stephanie Leung is the Founder & CEO of KareHero.



As the default adult family caregiver to her parents since the age of 14, Stephanie has navigated the challenges of caregiving throughout her entire professional career.Prior to founding KareHero, Stephanie was part of the EMEA and UK Leadership Team at Uber, managing 20 countries. She was also the Co-Chair for DEI and Head of Women@Uber for the first EMEA region.



Stephanie is currently a Non-Executive Director at Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust, a FTSE100 company.
